We take our name from the Garden of Eden, underlining our desire to cultivate rich, vibrant, nourishing environments and opportunities for growth in our communities and in our work. We aim to help people with our work, not just in getting the job done, but in getting it done the ethical way and making it beautiful to boot.
At Eden Equities, the thread through all our pursuits and actions is a conviction that we are called to deeper meaning in our work. It is our belief that we have been given a charge by God to take the resources we have and cultivate more out of it.
As we work and engage in business opportunities, we purpose to glorify God by doing our work well and making an impact in our community.
“We see God not only working, but commissioning workers to carry on his work. In Genesis chapter 1, verse 28 he tells humans to ‘fill the earth and subdue it.’ The word subdue indicates that though all God made was good, it was still to a great degree undeveloped. God left creation with deep untapped potential for cultivation through their labor. In Genesis chapter 2, verse 15 (ESV) he puts human beings into the garden to ‘work it and keep it.’”
