A self-driven, goal-oriented leader that works well with others but can also work pro-actively with little direction.
A person who sees service and collaboration as the keys to success with their sub-contractors, not merely dictating work.
Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, and track/maintain budgets.
Someone who can coordinate scheduling and sequencing of renovation projects.
Able to compile and direct scope of work for subs, perform quality control to ensure excellence on product, and review payouts and invoices.
Qualifications
5+ years of prior relevant construction experience that includes a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional achievement. Residential construction experience is preferred.
Plan, organize, coordinate, oversee residential renovation projects.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Skilled at evaluating construction workflows with a thorough and comprehensive analysis and finding pain points to solve.
Comfortable using online technology platforms to track project processes.
The Mission for This Role
Eden Equities is looking to hire a multi-talented, values-aligned individual who is not afraid to wear several different hats. While we are an established company, we do have a start-up feel, which will mean tasks could be changing from day to day to support growth and project production. We currently execute 100 single-family renovation projects each year and we expect project growth to be 50%+ within 12 months. This person must represent the brand with integrity and character.
This position is local to the Dallas, Texas area and will require regular travel to construction projects within the DFW metroplex.
Compensation - $80,000-$120,000 annual salary. Pay will be commensurate with experience, with bonus opportunities based on value added to the company and guided by our core values below.
