Conrad's passion to serve and honor people has fueled his 15+ years in event management and sales. Conrad has spent the bulk of this career with marquee hospitality companies such as Marriott International, Gaylord Hotels & Resorts, and Omni Hotels before joining Eden Equities. As an event manager, Conrad enjoyed crafting exceptional meetings and conferences for clients such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, The University of Oklahoma Football team, Gulf States Toyota, Coca-Cola, Kia, and the New Orleans Saints just to name a few. Later shifting his career into the sales arena Conrad spearheaded and negotiated large-scale contracts with companies and organizations such as Major League Baseball, Ericsson, North American Chinese Basketball Association, The National Football League, and various non-profit organizations. Conrad’s history in sales, negotiating complex agreements, and providing a best-in-class experience for organizations carry over into Eden Equities’ home buying arm. We strive to create ideal solutions for the property owners we serve. His team’s delivery of customer experience goes above and beyond by providing intentional and personalized service with every transaction. Conrad has been married to the love of his life Maria for over 14 years and enjoys attending and serving their church, cooking, working out, exploring and having fun with his wife and their two kids.
