# Privacy Policy — Eden Bookkeeping Agent

Eden Bookkeeping Agent ("the Application") is a private, internal software tool

owned and operated by Eden Equities ("we," "us"). It is used exclusively by our

own personnel to manage the bookkeeping of our own affiliated companies. It is

not distributed to, or usable by, the public.

## What the Application accesses

With the express authorization of our company's administrator via Intuit's

OAuth 2.0 consent process, the Application accesses accounting data from our

own QuickBooks Online company file(s) through the official Intuit QuickBooks

Online API. This data may include transactions, accounts, vendors, customers,

and related bookkeeping records belonging to our own business.

## How data is stored and protected

- All retrieved data is stored locally on company-controlled computers.

- API access credentials are stored in the operating system's secure

credential manager and are never shared or transmitted to third parties.

- Access is limited to authorized company personnel.

## What we do not do

- We do not collect data from members of the public.

- We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

- We do not use the data for any purpose other than our own internal

bookkeeping and accounting.

## Third-party services

The Application communicates only with Intuit's QuickBooks Online API. Your

use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy

statement.
