# End-User License Agreement — Eden Bookkeeping Agent

**Effective date: August 15, 2026**

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Eden

Bookkeeping Agent software application ("the Application"), a private internal

tool owned and operated by Eden Equities ("we," "us").

## 1. Internal use only

The Application is licensed solely for use by Eden Equities and its authorized

personnel to perform bookkeeping and accounting functions for our own

affiliated companies. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the

public, and no third party is granted any right to use it.

## 2. License

Authorized personnel are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right

to use the Application for internal business purposes. All rights, title, and

interest in the Application remain with Eden Equities.

## 3. Data

The Application accesses our own QuickBooks Online company data through

Intuit's official API under OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by our

administrator. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

## 4. Restrictions

Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the

Application for any purpose other than authorized internal bookkeeping.

## 5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of

any kind. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice; all accounting

decisions remain subject to review by company management and its accounting

professionals.
